Studio hire bookings

All studio hire bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be charged in full.

Production services

Production services (audio editing, video production) require a 50% deposit upon agreement. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final files. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity.

Studio build projects

Studio build projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and handover. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Pricing and VAT

All prices listed on this website are exclusive of VAT, which is charged at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). Prices are subject to change without notice.

Intellectual property

All content recorded in our studio remains the property of the client. Podcast Studio London retains the right to use anonymised clips or images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

Podcast Studio London accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal equipment brought to the studio. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
