About Podcast Studio London
Creatively curious. Our ethos, our culture, our work.
Our Belief
We believe every voice has a story worth hearing
Podcasting is not content marketing. It is not a trend to jump on. It is the most honest medium there is. Two people, a microphone, and the space to say something real.
We started Podcast Studio London because we could not find a place that treated podcasting with the craft and curiosity it deserves. Studios were transactional. Book a room, press record, figure out the rest yourself. Nobody was asking the question that matters most:
“What are you actually trying to say, and who needs to hear it?”
That question drives everything we do. It is why we built the POD System. It is why we do not just hand you a microphone and wish you luck. And it is why the people who work here are not just audio engineers or editors. They are curious people who care about stories.
Our DNA
Creatively Curious
These two words sit at the centre of everything we do.
Creative
Because making a great podcast is a craft. It takes taste, instinct, and a willingness to try things that have not been done before. We are not interested in templates. We are interested in making something you are proud of.
Curious
Because the best podcasts come from people who genuinely want to understand. Who lean into the question rather than rush to the answer. We bring that same energy to every client, every episode, every conversation.
When you combine the two, you get a team that does not just execute. They explore. They challenge. They push for something better, not because they have to, but because they cannot help themselves.
Marcus Bronzy
Award-winning broadcaster, presenter, actor, and tech lover. From a 2013 streaming observation to building London's premier podcast studio.
In 2013, Marcus noticed a shift. Streaming services were using algorithms to give people the perfect music fix, tailored to their taste. Traditional radio could not compete. But if people got their music from Spotify, where would they go for personality and conversation?
The answer was podcasts. A free medium packed with long-form conversation about anything and everything.
In 2015, Marcus assembled a small team and launched How To Kill An Hour, a podcast about gadgets and tech. It hit the top of the charts and was featured on the front page of Apple's Podcast app. Twice.
After using studios across London, one thing was clear: there was not a space designed specifically for podcasting. So he built one. And when clients started asking for more than just a room, he built the POD System around it.
Today, Podcast Studio London works with brands, creators and agencies who want to create podcasts that engage, educate and grow their audience. We have found our space in the industry: for people who want to make the best podcast possible, but simply do not know how.

What We Stand For
Five things we will not compromise on
Ask Better Questions
Curiosity is our competitive advantage.
Before we touch a microphone, we ask why. Why this podcast? Why now? Why does your audience need to hear this? The answers shape everything. We would rather spend an hour asking the right questions than a week producing the wrong podcast.
Craft Over Convenience
We would rather do it right than do it fast.
Anyone can press record. We obsess over the details that most people don't notice but everyone feels. The warmth of the audio. The rhythm of the edit. The moment a conversation shifts from good to unforgettable. That's the craft. And we protect it fiercely.
Make It Theirs, Not Ours
Your podcast should sound like you, not like us.
We are not building a house style. We are building your voice. Our job is to understand what makes you distinctive, then create the conditions for that to come through. When we get it right, people forget we were ever involved. That's the point.
Share What We Know
Gatekeeping is boring. Teaching is generous.
Our founder started by sharing what he had learned from years in broadcast. That spirit has not changed. We explain our process. We teach our clients. We want you to understand why we do what we do, not just trust us blindly. The more you know, the better the work gets.
Stay Restless
Good enough never is.
The industry moves fast. Formats evolve. Platforms shift. Audiences change what they want. We stay ahead by staying curious. We experiment with new formats, test new distribution strategies, and challenge our own assumptions regularly. The day we stop learning is the day we stop being useful.
Our Promise
What you can expect from us
We will not treat your podcast as a project. We will treat it as something that matters to you.
We will be honest with you, even when it is uncomfortable.
We will bring the same energy to episode fifty as we brought to episode one.
We will keep getting better, because the moment we stop being curious is the moment we stop being any good.
“We don't just make podcasts. We help people say something worth hearing.”
